Dominican Republic General Trip Week 1 (June 2026)

The purpose of a Second Chance trip is for people (stateside and international) to have a transformative experience that will give them a broader worldview and ignite a passion to live into the potential God's given them to impact the world around them. 

Mission Trip - 6 days, 5 nights

• Accommodations are a local guest house. This provides a comfortable experience, including wifi and AC.
• Connect and learn from local leaders on how to achieve the greatest impact in their communities.
• Serve and support successful locally lead empowerment initiatives, such as VBS, sports ministries, and community based programs. 
• Spend time in a local families home, providing support through necessary resources and building real relationships. 
• Create and support job creation opportunities for locals.
• Return home with a clear understanding of the mission and ready to ignite change. 

*Please note that our Team Fees cover the average costs. There may be some additional costs depending on your specific team’s activities - Ex: specific medical supplies, sports equipment, or fun team excursion. Your Team Leader will communicate those costs if / when they’re known and these costs can be fundraised for as a team.

**Teams must meet a minimum requirement of 10 people. Your Team Leader will communicate with you 60 days prior to your trip if the trip is cancelled due to not enough team members. You will have the option to use your funds towards another team trip within the next 12 months or to be refunded half your team fee amount (excluding the $250 deposit).
